You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

Refunds Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund within 14 days. We'll refund the original purchase price plus standard outbound shipping costs. We won't refund express or premium shipping upgrades.

Return shipping You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened; custom or personalised items; digital content once download has begun with your consent.
